Do I need to be home when you come?
No — almost everything we do is exterior. We text an ETA the morning of your visit and send photo confirmation when the work is done.
How does billing work?
Monthly invoicing by email — pay by card or e-transfer. No contracts for mowing; cleanups and one-time jobs are quoted flat up front. Snow removal is a seasonal plan.
Which neighbourhoods do you cover?
East York is home base: Danforth Village, Leaside, Riverdale, The Beaches, O'Connor–Parkview, Bennington Heights and Birch Cliff. On the edge of the map? Ask — routes grow every season.
When does snow service start?
Seasonal snow plans run November 15 to April 1. The 2026–27 waitlist is open now; routes are confirmed in October.
